Tip #1: Creating your Unique Facebook Business Page Username

Simply said, creating your unique Facebook Business Page Username will allow users to find your business more effortlessly. The last thing you want is for users to be unable to search your business. Therefore, we need to create a unique username for your Facebook Business Page to capture more likes and follows. We’ve have outlined the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your Facebook Business Page

Step 2: Scroll down to the “About Section” on the left-hand column.

Step 3: Click on Create Page @username and name this your business (You must have at least 10 page likes).

Tip #2: Setting Up A “Call-To-Action”

Probably the most frustrating thing for a customer who is seeking your products is not being able to contact you directly or at least being able to find out more about your business. Therefore, it’s highly important to have at least one call-to-action on your Facebook Business Page. We have outlined these steps below:

Step 1: Go to your Facebook Business Page

Step 2: Find the Blue Button underneath your Facebook Business cover photo.

Step 3: Hover over the Blue Button and select “Edit Button”

If you would like a quick call-to-action and want the customer to reach you directly via phone, email, or direct Facebook message… we recommend selecting the “Contact You” option. On the other hand, if you have a nice website that you would like to showcase or give the customer more information for purchasing decisions, then we recommend selecting the “Learn more about your business” option.
