A Good SEO Deed – Fortune Cookie That Wasn’t Mine

By December 16, 2017Uncategorized

So the other day was super random.  I was at my parents house looking for something bad to eat, and a Panda Express fortune cookie was staring me in the face.  I know, I know, you’re not suppose to eat fortune cookies that aren’t yours.  Well I did and here’s what the fortune said:

So i didn’t take this too literally for the simple fact that I don’t have many talents at all!  The cool part is,  that i took the fortune with me and at around the same time I was being tagged in a facebook post asking for help.  Here’s what it said:

Having been doing this kind of thing for the better part of 20 years, I had a good idea of what was wrong.  Still having my stolen fortune in mind, I decided to do more than just like the 2 people for tagging me in the post.  lol.  So for future reference, if you have friends that have an established website and cant even rank for their own webdomain or company name, it will always come down to 2 issues.  1)  There is code telling the search engines NOT to index your website OR 2) You’ve really pissed Google off when you hired that cut-rate Indian SEO company who built you shotty backlinks.

So after about 30 minutes of back and forth Facebook comments, we were able to fix the problem and my Panda fortune requirements were met as well.   🙂

But the really cool part,  Joanna really made me feel really darn good all day with her followup Facebook comment.
