I acknowledge that is payment is for the leasing of a website for a period of 6 months or more. 1st payment is building and branding deposit and doesn't count toward the 6 months. After the initial term of agreement expires, services will be month to month and billing will continue and leads will be continued to be served to leasee unless a new contract is renegotiated or the cancellation of services is requested.
