I acknowledge that is payment is for the leasing of a website for a period of 4 months or more. Company name or logo will be applied to the rental site within 7 day of initial payment. After the initial term of agreement expires, services will be month to month and billing will continue and leads will be continued to be served to leasee unless a new contract is renegotiated or the cancellation of services is requested . Leasee agrees to the 2.8% monthly service fee.
