I'm a survivor. Ten years ago, in November 2008 I bought the assets of another staffing agency from a man who turned out to be a less than reputable guy. I walked in one Saturday morning when he didn't expect me. He was taking all of the files from the filing cabinets, had deleted all information on the computers and was going to go start the business in another area of town. He was going to leave me with an empty office and the lease I'd just signed for the next 5 years. He had asked all of the staff to go with him. Turned out that the staff remained loyal to me. I had the locks changed so that he could no longer enter the office. No sooner did I get through that ordeal than the Great Recession hit. That first full year in business, 2009 Source it $615,557 in sales. In 2017, Source it did $2,536,887 in gross sales.
Goals:
To be in Hawaii Business magazine's August, 2010 issue section which shows ``biggest gains`` doubling our business to $5+ million dollars in gross sales.
