LEAD SITE BRANDING FEE
FOR Jimmy Main of Main Rentals
Krave Marketing LLC will be referred to as the Designer in this document.
Main Rentals will be referred to as the Client in this document.
AUTHORIZATION
The Client is engaging the Designer as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing and molding a lead generation site based on the Client's business.
The Client hereby authorizes the Designer to brand the site with the Client's business name and information. The Client will provide content for the Designer to use.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND PROCESS
- Krave Marketing LLC will plan, code, and design and promote a website based on the branding and service(s) offered by the Client.
- The nominal fee gives the Client the first right of refusal to continued marketing of the lead generation website for 10 days after the first phone call is received from the website.
- Krave Marketing LLC owns the website and provides all marketing efforts and expenses to making the website successful.
- The content provided by the Client for Krave Marketing LLC to use, will be integrated into the website, with other content created by Krave Marketing LLC.
- This branding agreement shows Client's intent to conduct further business with Krave Marketing LLC. but it is not a contract for the proposed monthly fees.
COMPLETION DATE
Generally speaking, lead generation sites take about 3-4 weeks to get online and start generating business. Krave Marketing LLC expects to have all requested content for the lead generation website within 10 days of this agreement. Designer reserves the right to use its' own content in instances where content is not provided in a timely manner.
ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT
Krave Marketing LLC reserve the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion. Krave Marketing LLC will bring to the attention of the client if any subcontractors will be used to work on the client's project and that subcontractor will be required to sign an NDA before any information is given and before any work is assigned to the subcontractor.
SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT
Jimmy has been added to this contract as a single point of contact between Krave Marketing LLC and Main Rentals. All changes, updates, approvals, and modifications should come through this person in order to keep the project on task and on time. Any inquiries made outside of this point of contact will be pushed through the point of contact for verification.
PRICE ESTIMATE AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
- Krave Marketing LLC requires a nominal branding fee of $300.
- 10 days after lead generation website receives its first phone call, the monthly fee proposed to Jimmy Main on 5/3/2017 was 700/mo.
Payments can be made on-line via credit card. If a payment is made on-line using a credit card or any other means of electronic payment, the payment may be susceptible to fees charge to process the payment.
REFUND POLICY
No portion of this nominal branding will be refunded as it used for the labor and marketing costs of developing the website. (hosting, labor, domain services, etc.)
LEGAL INFORMATION
Krave Marketing LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in these web pages or the Internet website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web pages and website is with the client or hosting company provided to the client by the designer.
In no event will Krave Marketing LLC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website, even if Krave Marketing LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The client represents to Krave Marketing LLC and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Krave Marketing LLC for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Krave Marketing LLC and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Copyright to Web pages
Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages produced by the designer (of Krave Marketing LLC) is owned by Krave Marketing LLC . The Client's grants authorization to use its' graphics, and text on the finished assembled website until the Krave Marketing LLC is notified in writing of the discontinuation of services in which Krave Marketing LLC will remove any copyrighted material in a timely manner.
The undersigned agrees to the terms outlined above.
I, Jimmy Main, sign this document stating I have read and agreed to all of the above in cooperation with Krave Marketing LLC in production and deployment of Main Rentals with the intent to continue monthly services.
